FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON UK ORDERS – Sign up to our Newsletter

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days, for delivery within 4 working days. Standard delivery is £4 on UK orders, and we dispatch using Royal Mail or Parcelforce for bigger items.
Next day delivery and a gift-wrapping service are available at additional cost, selectable at the checkout.

There are a small number of postcodes where next day delivery is unavailable, and an extended delivery time is required. We will aim to use the most expeditious method. We have tried to reflect this as accurately as we can on the checkout page.

Ireland, Europe and the Rest of the World

Shipping to Ireland, Europe and everywhere else in the world is by DHL and can take 3 – 7 working days.
Ireland: £20; Europe: £30; Rest of the world: £40

Tax & Duty

All prices on the website include 20% UK VAT. This is deducted at the check-out for all non-UK customers.
EU customers will then be charged tax at their local rate on arrival of their DHL order but are not charged duty as our products are made in the UK.
Customers outside of the EU will be charged tax and duty by DHL on arrival of their order.

DHL will email you directly with information regarding payments and the order will be delivered once any payment has been made.

RETURNS

We hope you’ll be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not, please get in touch.

We can only accept returns on items purchased directly from our website. If you purchased from one of our stockists, please contact them directly.
Items must be unused and unworn, in original condition and with labels still attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bespoke or personalised items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we will not refund any items that do not reach us.
The price of the item, but not the postage, will be refunded onto the payment card used for the original purchase.

Any returned orders from outside the UK need to be marked: “Returned British Goods and No VAT or Duty Due” so that no taxes are levied.
